2. What we provide
In short: we’re not RICS or FIDIC. Our mentors are individually MRICS or FCCM; the governing body itself decides every outcome.
We are not RICS. We are not accredited, endorsed or regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a firm. Our mentors hold MRICS membership as individuals. RICS decides all assessment outcomes;
Our services are intended to help candidates understand the assessment requirements, strengthen their professional knowledge, improve their communication and prepare confidently for assessment. We do not determine a candidate’s eligibility, competence, assessment result or membership status, and we do not guarantee that any candidate will pass an assessment. All assessment requirements, decisions and outcomes are determined solely by RICS.
References to RICS, MRICS, APC and other RICS-related names or designations are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes. All applicable trademarks, logos, names and professional designations remain the property of RICS or their respective rights holders. Their use on this site does not imply any affiliation with, approval by or endorsement from RICS.

Any such action will be taken in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on each page and may display in your local currency for convenience. Payment is taken via Razorpay or PayPal; we never see or store your card details. A price change never affects a purchase you’ve already completed. Taxes, where applicable, are shown before payment.
5. Access to what you buy

If we materially change or withdraw a course you’ve bought, you keep access to your version or receive an equivalent.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered in full by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. We don’t restate it here, so there is only one place it can say something different from itself.
7. Intellectual property
All course material, recordings, documents and content on this site are ours. They’re licensed to you for your personal study only. You may not copy, record, share, resell, publish or distribute them, or use them to train another person or a model. You agree not to attack our systems’ security, scrape the site, use it unlawfully, share your access with anyone else, or record live sessions without our written permission. We may remove a disruptive participant from a live session or cohort without a refund.
9. What we do not promise
In short: no guarantee of a pass, an outcome or a timescale.
We do not guarantee that a candidate will pass an RICS assessment, obtain an RICS designation, achieve a FIDIC-related qualification or certification, including FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM), or obtain any qualification, accreditation or membership offered by another professional, certification or awarding body.
All eligibility requirements, assessment standards, examination procedures, certification decisions, results and processing times are determined solely by the relevant external body. We do not control or influence those decisions.
Professional requirements, assessment criteria, contract editions, standards and guidance may change. You are responsible for confirming the current requirements and obtaining the latest official documents directly from RICS, FIDIC, FIDIC Credentialing Limited or any other relevant governing, professional or awarding body before relying on our course materials.
Our content is provided for educational purposes and does not replace official publications, professional advice or the independent study and practical experience required from each candidate.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings or the cost of a resit.

This site may link to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their content or their practices.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account for a serious breach of these terms, such as sharing course material, without a refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to a particular course, programme or coaching service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. This includes sharing account credentials, copying or distributing protected course materials, recording sessions without permission, engaging in fraudulent activity or misusing our learning platform.
Where you purchase a service through an instalment or deferred-payment arrangement, each payment must be made by its stated due date. If a payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, we will notify you using the email address registered to your account and may suspend your access to the affected course, programme or coaching service until the overdue amount is paid.
If you pay the outstanding amount within 60 days of the original due date, we may restore your access for the remainder of the original access period. If the payment remains outstanding for more than 60 days, we may terminate the affected enrolment. To regain access after termination, you may be required to settle any outstanding amount and re-enrol in or repurchase the relevant course or service at the price then applicable, subject to availability. Any amount previously paid will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect our content, platform, users or legal rights, we will notify you of the breach and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it. No refund will be due where access is terminated because of a serious breach, fraud, unauthorised sharing or unlawful use, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
